If we ever were unhappy with anything, the sales rep has made it right. I would recommend. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the convoluted paperwork when we purchased a new copier and they had to buy out the old lease. It’s been a few months (with COVID in between to be fair) and we are still trying to straighten out the exact amounts owed and paid.”

During the removal of my tires the mechanic noticed issues with my vehicle and asked if I would like them to take care of them. I declined only because I have an appointment already scheduled with my mechanic (who actually referred me to Mavis)if not for that appointment I would have used their services. My new tires were put on and then the vehicle was driven to the front door. I was presented with the final bill and given a copy for my records with the rebate offer. All in all great experience and I would highly recommend using them.”
