“Traveling from NYC to Western NY we were unlucky to catch a flat near Hackensack. Being late in the day on July 4th, we were obviously concerned about finding a place that was open to replace the tire. Lucky for us, Carlos and his team at Pep Boys in Lodi, NJ were open and happy to help. Because the car is all wheel drive, we ended up having to replace all four tires. Our SUV has odd size wheels. Although an odd size, they had two brands in stock. They made recommendations and gave us a great deal. Out the door with less than $700 for four tires with mounting and balancing. We were expecting to pay far more. Although it was after five, on a holiday, the team never made us feel rushed or bothersome. Carlos was very accommodating to us. He provided excellent service to us. We sincerely appreciate this. What they did to get us back on the road was greatly appreciated.”
