“If I could give the men in the service department more than 5 stars I would. The sevice was beyond exceptional. I had to bring my Fiat 500 in due to a part that was recalled. When I arrived, I was under the impression I had an appointment set up, or at least they would be aware of the possibility of me bringing my vehicle in, which I was told they would be after speaking to Chryslers customer warranty rep over the phone. Well, they had no clue I was coming. I was prepared to have to leave and come back another time. But, that didn't happen. He told me he would get it done that day , no worry. They took my car back right away and I went and sat in waiting area prepared to be there for a few hours..... 30 mins later. ...They came out .. gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. These men were a God send, and the service department alone will have me coming back again! Thanks guys !”

“I've never been to one and I finally got to visit while visiting family. It was AMAZING. Great service. Clean. They have a food place when you get about halfway through and one at the end of your visit. They serviced Cesar salad, pizza, meatballs and meatballs vegetarian edition. They have some clearance items toward the end. Self checkout available. Lots of items very reasonable. Must put together everything yourself.”

“Sandra was a great help during my stay. She stopped what she was doing to get me and my husband towels. Very sweet girl. Well mannered and helped us. And I believe it was her day off. Keep her she wear a smile and doesn’t complain and say it’s not her job like someone else did. And they need name tags cause she had to write her name on a piece of paper. And y’all General manager needs to handle ibis staff better I believe his name is CID the room was clean and I had no complaints”

“I had a very good experience when purchasing my jeep gladiator. I went in not knowing if I wanted the gladiator or the wrangler. Our sales person, Boris, was very helpful. I was able to drive both vehicles, and Boris was able to answer all my questions. He really knew the vehicles well. You know when you go in to a car dealership and ask questions and you know the sales person doesn't know what he is talking about so he just gives you an answer even though you know that answer is wrong? Well Boris had no problem saying if he did not know something, and his answers were knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact model I wanted with all the features I wanted. Price negotiation was very fair, and I feel I got a good deal. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.”
