“This past Memorial Day weekend I had an excellent experience at this PBK! the night before Memorial Day my daughter's bed broke, so early Monday morning I rushed into PBK & spoke with the general manager, Jen. She was absolutely wonderful & helped me order 2 new beds which she thought would take at least a week....they were delivered & set up 3 days later! She also helped me pick out lots of great bedding and was all around a pleasure. She even helped me get a large & heavy mattress into my car. Thanks for everything!
