“Walking in, you have two sides. They have a small side for ordering your items and a second room so you’re able to sit inside and eat your treat. There are screens and paper menus in just about every area of the store and they’ll even offer specials some days. They also have a walk up window and tables outside for your convenience if you have small children or dogs. Lines can be a little long during the warmer months BUT everything they sell is made in-house, service is very friendly, and they’re very patient about customers trying new flavors before they purchase them. They have a variety of dairy and non-dairy foods, water ice, ice cream cakes, frozen bananas, and sundaes. You’re able to purchase a custom ice cream cake to go, or they host parties also!”

Jason, the tech arrived within the scheduled window time as Karen indicated. He diagnosed the problem, called for availability of replacement parts, picked up the part during the day and returned to install in afternoon. Jason was thorough, diligent & professional in diagnosing & fixing the condenser.In fact, this was the second time I used berge within the last couple of months. They previously came over to service an unrelated issue with my a/c system. As in today's case, tech arrived at the scheduled time & fixed problem .
