He responded right away and I started the sessions immediately. He has multiple rooms in his facility, but I feel very safe. Only one person trains in a room at a time, everything is cleaned after each session, he has air purifiers running and we both wear masks. John customizes each session so they are very challenging yet attainable. I also share my food journal with John for guidance on healthy and mindful eating. I have seen weekly progress with my strength, stamina and weight loss. John is a great coach who models the behaviors of health, fitness and mindfulness. John is an easy going, family guy and we’ve developed a very nice friendship.
