“Reasonably priced Best Western, our room was very nice and though the bathroom was not fully stocked, the desk attendant came immediately to correct the situation. Comfy beds with an extra blanket which I was happy to use. The AC was not noisy, the room appeared to be clean, all the lights worked, no problem with the plumbing, etc. The breakfast area was attractive and attentively managed. The crew was very pleasant and helpful. “Marilyn” was particularly on the ball, but each individual was cheerful and staying busy.”

The quantity they give you is more than fair in this inflationary environment. Most other places have used the shrinkflation technique where they charge the same price for half the quantity. Now I also have the curve 35L pack and it is the most comfortable, well made, and easy to load gear into bag i have ever owned. What is more important is their customer service. I bought my 35L curve second hand. On my last backpacking trip I had a minor issue with stitching on the load loop. I emailed LiteAF asking if I could pay them to repair it. Chris promptly replied and said he would fix the pack no charge. I mailed the pack to Chris and had it back in my hands and repaired in under a week! I have a small business as well and Chris has really got me thinking on how lacking my customer service is compared to the level he is at. I don't know how the man does it.....handling customer service and sewing packs. I won't look anywhere else for my gear now.”
