“First things first VERY clean. I chose to keep my mask on and no one made me feel uncomfortable about it and also respect my privacy. I absolutely loved the class. Im very out of shape, inflexible with low mobility and overweight. This class is doable and there are modifications. I never once felt judging or like I was too out of shape. The instructor gives clear expectations as well as instructions in the beginning of the trial class I took. It was challenging and can be modified based on each individual. They focus on mind body connection for effective workouts which is a huge plus and i certainly could tell the difference. I wish it was something I could commit to right now, I highly recommend it.”

“I’ve know Alex for 5 years and his philosophy and knowledge on training and the human anatomy is beyond amazing. He’s also very knowledgeable in meal planning. At first I was having a hard time loosing weight until Alex developed a customized meal plan and within 4 months I lost 30 lbs and was honestly at my best in all numbers.
