Everyone in the group put their 100% effort and keep you motivated and encouraged throughout the session. The Coaches/Manger are very helpful, supportive, guide you when you correct mistakes during workout, push you extra to go to the next complex level , motivate you throughout the class, and answer your questions . They also help with nutrition, review in-body scan reports & suggest some ideas. Gym is located in a very nice neighborhood, bigger area to workout, plenty of parking around, and the owner is keeping this place neat and clean and making sure no odor smells around.”
