“We recently had to replace a failed central AC system. We chose Cool-o-matic because of the effort they went thought to verify that the size of the previous system was calculated correctly. They did determine that the ducting work was not designed for optimal performance and was able to make improvements. Their in-house metal shop was able to fabricate the necessary ducting quickly and precisely. The team that came to do the install was very personable and professional and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and fully recommend this company to others”

Being a dinosaur in this modern age of the so-called new technology and not being familiar with the gps on my cell phone, I was in plain words lost. This officer in the true since of, "to protect and serve," not only directed me to my destination, this officer programed my cell phone!! To me this was a fine example of someone going beyond the scope of duty. This fine officer was on duty at an intersection, construction site off rt 22 west at approximately 10:15 am on 05/26/2022. I truly regret not getting this officer's name or badge number, by not doing so I truly regret having to add this fine officer to the growing list of unrecognized police officers who take the extra step to serve and protect us.
