“I've been with Tina going on 15 years now, and I don't care what you read on any other reviews, Tina and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They work very hard to get the best possible rates for you and they do go to bat for you every chance they get. Not to mention, all the personal touches like birthday cards, rechecking your insurance bi-quarterly to see if there are more savings they can give you, and the best part, Tina and her staff care about you and your loved ones. I received numerous calls after my daughter was in an accident asking how she was doing. I even received a call a week after to make sure she was doing okay. After this particular accident Tina did everything in her power to keep my rates from exploding, which some things, you just have no control over as an Agent. I did have to cancel my policy, for now, but I cannot wait to be back with Tina and her Staff with my Auto policy. The reason Tina still has my home owners, for the reasons I mentioned above.
