(October 6, 2021, 11:02 pm)I'm truly embarrassed to say that we bought flooring from Lumber Liquidators about 5 years ago from a store close by in Walnut. That store closed and I feel out of love with the color of the engineered hardwood (grey) we originally purchased. Thank God for the best boyfriend ever. We went to the Pomona store and found a beautiful replacement - Chateau Oak. We realized how easy it would be to take up the not so old flooring so we did save money on doing that ourselves and are now patiently awaiting scheduling the installation of our new flooring. Josh helped us through the process and he was super nice. He wasn't pushy like sales folks can be which we both appreciated. We also saw that the not so old and nearly perfect flooring was nearly given to a nice guy who can use it for a room for his son. I love LL.

(December 1, 2020, 10:16 am)The customer service at this place is far above and beyond what you ever find these days and their delivery driver with the gray Dodge pickup truck he just happened to be there waiting for a load that he was delivering and helped us make sure that everything was loaded on our truck properly and safely him and the dock hands we're just completely awesome to us I would never buy my flooring from anywhere else just based off of their customer service alone
