This was the best part of our trip. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is visiting Albuquerque. The flight team we had, Kris and Adam, were wonderful. Kris, the pilot, was a real pro and treated the flight like what it likely was for us, a once in a lifetime experience. 5 stars!

Spectacular, majestic, exceptional, fabulous, fantastic are mere words to describe hot air ballooning with the rainbow riders. Our Pilot, Kris, fit these words and more. The ride, views, splashing and dashing in the Rio Grande in Albuquerque were absolutely beautiful and awesome. If you want to check off a huge part of your bucket list, this is a MUST! The flight team (Nicole and another male person) were outstanding. Our group consisted of 12 people. We all were treated as valued people/passengers. The team engaged with us all from safety briefings, transport, set up, and celebration to providing a certificate of flight completion. If you want serenity, peace, and a great experience, hot air balloon rides are for you. Don’t miss an experience of your life! You will not be disappointed! For those who are scared of heights, just look out into the horizon and absorb the feelings of peace and serenity. Enjoy the views and company of passengers from different states and countries. Flying with Rainbow Ryders was a magical and unforgettable experience. The staff was helpful and kind. We were promptly checked in, safely transported to the take off site, and flown by a very experienced pilot. The basket we traveled in accommodated a total of 12 people, despite this sounding like a lot, my husband and I traveled comfortably. The mountains and the river were amazing sights to behold because of the rising sun. The flight was smooth and beautiful, it lasted about 1 hour. Once on the ground our group toasted to champagne and orange juice, then we received our flight certificates and headed back to the office. Overall, Rainbow Ryders exceeded our expectations and provided us with amazing memories of New Mexico.

Amazing! Our Pilot Kris was experienced and knowledgeabl,full of jokes and made the process easy,safe and fun. Visiting from Texas and it was beyond beautiful to see the NM sunrise from the balloon. My boyfriend surprised me for our anniversary purchased the tickets a week in advance and Rainbow Ryders was even accommodating adding a sign wishing us a happy anniversary. Overall I’m very happy with the company, service and my overall experience. I would definitely do it again! Waking up super early was worth it.

The staff and pilot here at Rainbow Ryder's in Albuquerque were very professional. Alfred, who was our pilot, was so nice and considerate to all the passengers and the flight operations staff. He asked several times while up in the air if everyone was still alright with the altitude and brisk weather. I would highly recommend to anyone to book with Rainbow Ryder's as the price and service was exceptional. As soon as you land you are offered mimosas as a toast to a fun and successful trip. Again, such great service! Thank you Rainbow Ryder's for an excellent experience.
