“The customer service here is immaculate! The service department is working on our 1996 Kawasaki and they have been extremely thorough and transparent with every step they take. Luigi has been the service technician working on our bike and he has been sure to call us and keep us in the loop about everything that needs to be serviced, how much the parts cost, how long they will take to arrive, and how much the total of parts and labor will be. The other agents who I spoke to over the phone, Jesse and Ryan, were super professional and took thorough notes when I asked them to check certain things out on the bike. I preferred a mobile service, but they could not come out for 6 WEEKS!!! If I went to them it was only a 10 day wait, and take 2- or so hours, whatever. I called Chapman’s, he was there early the next morning and done I’m 20 minutes!!! That’s the kind of service I like, and that’s what you get when you call a military veteran owned business!! I have never met the tech before or affiliated with this business in anyway except I am also a Vet. I had backed up against a pole and sustained damaged to my passenger front door. The car is in otherwise good condition, but old, so I opted to have them order a door for me. They were able to find a good door, same color with minimal wear and tear. The door was installed, buffed and ready to go in short order, hard to believe how horrible it looked when I dropped it off several days ago. Would definitely use agin.”
