“My mother and father have been in assisted living at Willow Brook for several months. They both are happy with the care that they receive. The staff is consistent which is hard to come by in a long term care facility. Most of all, they are caring. We chose a non-profit facility that was dedicated to the mission of caring for people not just making money and it shows at Willow Brook ! The staff is flexible and will try anything to make my parents more comfortable. The administration is approachable and is very helpful to our family as we navigate this difficult time. We are very happy that we chose Willow Brook. No regrets !”
