From the friendly office staff over the phone and emails to the installers and managers they are hands down the best glass company I've ever dealt with. Being in the bar business for the last 25yrs I have had to replace a lot of windows and by a lot I mean at least 200. Probably have worked with 10 different companies in those years. I will call no one else as long as I need glass in New Mexico. And with recent events here in Albuquerque, due to looters and agitators, they still replaced my window within 24hrs of me emailing them. Lori, Dr Ohiri's nurse invited me to bypass the waiting room but not the weight room. After protocol, I must had one full minute before Dr, Uchenna Ohiri arrived. This doctor knows how to ask questions and listen. Her familiarity with complex issues allow her to be so accessible, so helpful that when I left I felt the urge to shake her hand but I wanted to hug her. I truly believe that she is the next Optum CEO.”
