“I have to admit that Target has impressed me lately. My friend was visiting and needed to grab some items. So off to Target we went! As we entered the store, we were pleasantly greeted. The young man was upbeat and wanted to make sure if we needed anything, he is available. We quickly found our items. Although we wanted some costume masks, a stretch since it was not Halloween. We were laughing about a monkey story when one of the employees joined in laughing. It was great! We asked about masks, unfortunately, he said, they would not be available until x date. We were so impressed that he knew details, and was so upbeat and fun. The store is clean, organized and the employees are on point! Great job Target! I will definitely take my dates there!”

“Contacted Hugo in regards to a TV repair. I appreciated he's honesty. He told me that it would be to expensive to repair my broken TV. He said that I'd be better of buying a new one, then suggested that he sold repaired TV's. Many o them come with a limited warranty. Never got to use his services. Wish I could've but good to know he's looking out for his customers. He seemed reasonably priced though. I've talked with him several times before. He told me he charges a $50 diagnostic fee. If you have him repair your TV though he takes the $50 diagnostic fee and applies it to your final bill. That seemed real fair. Seems like he has good business practices.”

“I'm only leaving this review because of Leslie. She was absolutely AMAZING. Though we only spoke over the phone about a warranty issue, she was so kind and understanding. She was patient with me and the issues I had, and she made sure everything was resolved to the best of her ability. I know she works off commission, but she really needs a raise or some recognition in the least!! I have been with Metro for years, and their employees are always the best, but Leslie was by far greatest!! Thank you Leslie!!!”
