The folks at the dealership did a wonderful job making what can sometimes be a stressful event into a very pleasurable one... Carrie, my Salesperson, was attentive and thorough without being pushy... She did a great job communicating to me throughout the whole process, as far as what to expect next... Having been a finance manager at a Nissan dealership in my prior life, I know full well how difficult it can sometimes be to complete a sale, especially when it's a Saturday and the last day of the month... The manager was very friendly and explained what the buying options were when I wasn't sure if I wanted to use the inhouse financing. They weren't pushy or anything. The card reader is made accessible through the window and they hand you your drink via a larger mug. I normally wouldn't take the time to leave a Starbucks review because the product is consistent, so people know what they're getting...but the guy at the window radiated sunshine and good vibes.
