There isn't any play equipment or anything or many things to set on so bring your own chairs. There is a little sandbox kids can play in. Mostly this is a place to fish and maybe hang out by the water. Right next to a gas station and a fire station. Good little Pond for a small town.”

“Best park in town. Know why? Close to base, sandwiched between the Vietnam Memorial Park and the VA hospital....affords the best "security" for it's inhabitants. Also, for park visitors and their beloved pets! Great dog park, too...and visuals of varied aircraft all day long! That's what makes it the BEST park in town. “Starting back S&W to get back into shape after getting my vaccinations. Unfortunately, they have had to cut back on their group class schedule. I used to go to Body Pump on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Highpoint or Del Norte, but there is no Tuesday class at either location. So I tried Riverpoint's Body Pump class at 9:30AM. It's 6-minute longer drive to Riverpoint then Del Norte from my house, so it's not too bad. Same quality of instructors and equipment. I'm still hoping that the Highpoint Body Pump glass gets reinstated.”
