I-25 RV-Boat Self Storage

It might be 5 stars but I was only helping a friend with her RV. The covered areas are great. A full size 5th wheel or class A could easily fit in the spacious spots. Security appears to cover the entire property and a police officer lives on the premises. The fact that they only had one slot open shows how popular they are. I'd leave our 5th wheel here if we kept it in Albuquerque

Living here in Placitas for over 20 years and also being a local business owner, I have had the experience of using a few storage facilities both for my business and my personal use.
I-25 RV-Boat Self Storage became my preferred storage facility last year when I finally was fed up with annual increases in my storage rates which were exorbitant especially for the service that I was getting for the price. The place I was using was dirty and the wind constantly pushed dust and dirt into the doors which coated everything inside with a thick coat of dust. And I was paying more and more each and every year for what?

No one wants to move from one storage location to another, but I decided after seeing I-25 Self Storage and speaking with their management staff that I just had to do it. I hired a local mover, and picked up all my business records and everything that I had in a storage facility in Rio Rancho and had it moved to I-25 Self Storage.
It has been about a year now, and it was a great decision. Their Facility is as good as it gets. Clean, accessible, and it even has carts inside the storage building that are available to help move boxes in or out when you need to do so.
Just last week, I picked up our Holiday Decorations and I was in and out in 10 minutes or less. I always hated doing that each year because of the condition of the boxes when we moved them. Not this time. Everything was in perfect condition and it was so much easier.
While there, one of the Managers stopped over to say just say "hello!"
Imagine that... a real person asked how everything was going and didn't charge me more to do that. Never happened in the nearly 10 years that I was at the other Storage Facilities.
So, I just wanted to go on record as saying "Thank You" to I-25 RV-Boat Self Storage for being the best storage location that I have used in a decade here in New Mexico.
And it has really been worth the aggravation of moving a year ago!

Great storage facility. The compound is secured with high fences, cameras, and a heavy key-coded gate.

We store a 28' travel trailer, so I appreciate the wide lanes, level terrain, and roomy parking slots. The RV parking is well away from the storage units, so you don't have that activity next to your expensive RV. Another nice touch is the dump / water / air / trash station. That really makes the start and end of a trip so much simpler!

Finally, the owners & operators are very friendly and accommodating. Once during high winds, I lost one of my canvas wheel covers. The owner found it against the fence. He could have left it there, but instead, he stowed in the back room until someone (me) came in asking for it.

The prices are just slightly higher than the local going rate, but you get what you pay for. I have paid a lot less, but it cost me a lot more in the long run.
