“Every time I visit this assisted care facility I am impressed with how they really care about its residents. The staff definitely seem to have lots of compassion. Especially I can tell that the activities program here is excellent. For example, they provide monthly birthday parties with good live music. This definitely seem to have positive effect on many residents! I highly recommend Genesis Rio Rancho.”

“Thank goodness for Dr Peets. Anna, on Dr Peets staff, got me right in when I explained that I was having a bad case of vertigo. I had never had it before so I was not sure who to see. Dr Peets has always helped me with my neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. Dr Peets immediately knew what to do and by the time I had left the office my vertigo was completely gone. She is very professional and competent. She is number one in my book and I highly recommend her and her staff. They are very friendly, kind, and sympathetic to me when I come in with pain. I always leave feeling like I can get back to my active life again.”

“Talks with me and works to figure out a plan. Worked with me through different meds to figure out what will work for me. She is super friendly and kind. She takes the time to talk to me and doesn’t try to rush through our appts. She’s very quick to respond to messages and send meds in. She also quickly sent the meds to a different pharmacy when I needed her to. She’s quick but efficient. I definitely recommend!”

“I was very satisfied with the service I received. Starting with the workshop. Very informative. Good answering of questions. No pressure tactics. Counseling consult with doctor answered my questions in deciding to get Stem Cell procedure. Setting up appointments-financial discussions- procedure explanation done. The 2 procedures went smoothly with explanations as to what was being done. My shoulder pain began subsiding after 1st Injection. After 2nd injection less pasión and more mobility. So procedure was successful and I have gotten quality of life back. The only hiccup was getting Medicare rejection on order for me to apply to Tri Care for Life. “We were really impressed with Mitchell Moving and particularly Laurie throughout our whole move. The move started a little rocky, with some bloopers when the movers came to pack our home. My husband called Mitchell that evening, and by the next day (a Sunday) Laurie had emailed back. She personally delivered my husband's work bag (which had been accidentally packed) and arranged for a discount to make up for our being put through trouble with the packing. Later, when the handling company organizing our out-of-state move got shifty (refusing to say how much the move would actually cost, telling us we had to pay the full shipping fees up front) we called up Mitchell to see if they could handle packing the container and getting our goods on their way. And they could! Again, Laurie to the rescue. She communicated professionally, clearly, and quickly throughout the whole process. Gave us a price and stuck to it. (No hidden costs like the handling company.) When we unpacked at our destination, everything was in great condition and had been kept safe by the excellent packing job.
