Luigi has been the service technician working on our bike and he has been sure to call us and keep us in the loop about everything that needs to be serviced, how much the parts cost, how long they will take to arrive, and how much the total of parts and labor will be. I preferred a mobile service, but they could not come out for 6 WEEKS!!! If I went to them it was only a 10 day wait, and take 2- or so hours, whatever. I called Chapman’s, he was there early the next morning and done I’m 20 minutes!!! That’s the kind of service I like, and that’s what you get when you call a military veteran owned business!!
