“My 2001 F150 with 300k (not a typo) miles on the original transmission lost overdrive and then third gear leaving me only 2 forward gears. Knowing full well that it was rebuild or replacement time, I started looking for shops. Mike's was recommended by several people so I made an appointment and dropped it off. He confirmed the condition with no charge for the additional diagnosis / road test. 10 days later it was ready for pickup and he had a box full of all my burned up clutches, busted forward drum, and all the other 20 year old worn out stuff to show me. While showing me the pile of junk that came out of my 4R70W, he clearly explained what caused the failure(s) and provided a lot of information. He also replaced the flex plate for me, which I knew was bad, but forgot to mention to him and made recommendations for, and installed (with authorization), a few upgraded parts based on what I do with the truck. Mike never tried to sell me unnecessary items or services, was totally upfront, honest, and transparent about the entire process, and answered every single question I had. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars in this review because his shop definitely deserves more.”

“This place is not open Saturday or Sunday like it says when their hours are shown. I called to double check and the owner offered to come in and open anyway since I was there already and had came from El Paso. He was so kind and honest. He fixed my bent rim for a third of the price if I had taken it to a shop locally and even offered to lend me a rim if the repair didn't hold while putting the repair cost towards a new rim. This man was so helpful and you can tell he loves what he does. Fantastic customer service and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for car parts!”

I purchase parts & owner Shimon does the labor. Shimon goes the extra mile. I was in a fender bender Thanksgiving Eve, and he came to my apartment to pull out the fender, so I could drive my vehicle until I buy parts to be replaced. The owner is a mechanic and is capable of some collision repair.”
