Kevin is the best home inspector in the business. He walks with you through the entire property and informs you what he sees, how to maintain it and/or who to contact to get it corrected. As a first time homebuyer this inspection was informative and extremely helpful. What I learned is invaluable. His report provides a list of everything he found in the property and recommendations on what to do to address them. He answered all of my questions. He provided the inspection report quickly and it was easy to book the appointment on his website.

Kevin helped me inspect a home and I learned a lot from him.
