I am very pleased with my experience at Armory! I’m a first-time car buyer so I had many questions, but Peter took the time to answer anything I had concerns about and put my mind at ease. Peter was also very patient with me as I could not make up my mind between a few options due to price. He helped me narrow it down based on what I said I was looking for and found a perfect match for me - 2020 Jeep Cherokee in perfect condition! Excellent service in every aspect of my visit there. Nicholas & Paul provided exceptional customer service. They were very friendly, helpful, answered all of my questions and left NO stone unturned! My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow and this evening i picked up my car. First thing this morning, day after a holiday; I received a call from Paul informing me of everything they found with my car.. fixed what they could and ordered what they needed to. Thank you to both of you for your over and above service. I actually felt like a valued customer, not just another car owner. I highly recommend Armory.

Felt rushed and unaccommodating! $1600 delivery charge after waiting 2 months for delivery of new vehicle! Dealership completely ignored my concerns and very impersonal! Jeep runs great!

Picked up my vehicle this past Monday from Armory and quite frankly had a positive experience. I was referred to senior sales rep Jerome Rucker who came highly recommended. Mr. Rucker was both insightful and knowledgeable of all the vehicles i inquired about and went way and beyond to gather the information I requested,test drive the vehicles and set me up financially to close out my purchase.
