Aquaturf

Our sprinkler system wasn’t working properly when we bought our house a year ago. We then had a pool installed and a sprinkler zone and water line were destroyed. I got Mike’s number from our pool installer but knew I would be calling him in the middle of his busy season. He called me back the same day and told me that they were extremely busy and going 7 days a week, but that he would try to get to me that week. A few days later I got a text that his partner Ben would be coming to my house to assess the situation. Ben was great. He told me what he needed me to do so he could come fix the system. He showed up as promised and got everything back on line. A few days later, Ben texted me to make sure things were working. I am really impressed with these guys. They now have our business year round.

Just amazed at the responsiveness of this company. Called two companies this morning. I left voice messages around 9:22 am. Aquaturf returned my call at 10:04 am, and had someone out by 1 pm to fix a problem my current irrigation company didn't handle properly. Ben was efficient, knowledgeable and addressed the problem correctly. Very pleasant, great attitude and aimed to please Needless to say, Aquaturf is my new irrigation go-to company.
