My daughters and our family LOVE Willow Creek (previous known as new horizon stables). The owners are knowledgeable, caring, and sweet. Not only are the horses well cared for but they are loved by many. Would recommend for all occasions and all skill levels.
Barn is under new Management and renamed "Willow Creek Equestrian" under the heiress of the previous owner. Horses are well cared for, fed a variety of supplements as needed, and seen by vet and other care-givers as needed. Very large indoor with jumps, and outdoor ring as well. Barn is getting re-vamped, and many awesome new horses have been introduced to the program. This is a hunter/jumper/equitation focused barn with exposure to local and rated shows. Devon is a gem, with patience of a saint. She is a wonderful, caring instructor and horse lover who will go above and beyond for you and your horse's needs. She is a great listener and an extremely hard working, experienced horse woman. Barn atmosphere is fun and inclusive.
Our daughter has been taking lessons here for the last five years, and the instructors are excellent. Many horses available to ride, so finding one for the skill of the rider won't be hard. Both indoor and outdoor arenas for training, with jump hardware for both.
A great facility with amazing staff. The horses are so fun to ride, and everyone is very helpful. It's a great place to learn to ride, board your horse, or have a birthday party for the kids. I can't recommend it enough!
Good facility, great horses.
I’ve been here about 3 years now and my riding has improved drastically!
The trainers are good with any rider and help them achieve their goals whatever it may be.
Some people are a bit favortive of horses and it can cause drama. But that’s really it.
Other then that it’s a great stable for lessoning/training for shows.
Great for beginners to advanced.
