Journeys

I'm not one for reviews but I can't help that it needs to be known that this one young man went out of his way, above and beyond to help me. I never got his name, just his employee number from my receipt. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to share it but I will if the company ask! That kid needs a raise. He was amazing!!!! Young Man if you're reading this you helped me find the perfect red slipper like UGGs, thank you!!!!!

Journeys is kind of like the Hot Topic of shoes places. They have nice shoes, nice variety, and good service.
One time though, I walked in and was looking at the boots, (this journeys was directly across from a foot locker) and I asked to try some on.
"Would you like to try the men's section?"
The footlocker and journeys were opposite. And I was looking at the women's shoes because of it.

If this is the downstairs Journeys, the staff was so amazing and helpful, they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size but they helped me order a pair from the warehouse and told me it should be there in 3-5 days buuut they came in today which is one day after I ordered them! Thank you Lady’s for all of help, any time I need shoes I will be back!!

Staff was super friendly and personable. I came in just to look while a friend tried on shoes, and ended up buying a pair for myself due to the staff’s recommendations and help. if i ever need another pair of good shoes, i’ll definitely be back!
