“Probably the best hotel we've stayed as a family . Everything was great for us . The staff was friendly and knowledgeable . The maintenance person is a gem, sorry I forgot his name but please let him know how much we appreciate his dedication and smile . At first the AC in our room was broken and since they could not fix it right away they moved us to another suite . My kids loved the 'problem' they had to deal with every morning, pancakes or waffles :)...also lots of healthy choices, fruits yogurt cereals eggs . We never ran out of fresh towels and we just had to ask in order to get housekeeping during our 4 night stay. The one thing we could not enjoy was the indoor pool. The chlorine level was constantly too high and made us cough and tear up. We tried flagging it at the front desk but were told it's the way the pool is ...oh well. We also had fun times shopping at the nearby mall. If we ever come back in the area this will be our go to hotel no doubts about it . PS: if you are looking for lunch-dinner options, you must try the diner a few blocks up the road.”
