And she’s also been cutting my kid’s hair since he was one year old! She’s very gentle and sweet with him. Rachel is super friendly and remembers conversations we’ve had months later. “If it weren’t for Dr. Montgomery and his surgical team, I would still be in pain with no where to turn. After two failed back surgeries, he and his approach of Anterior and Posterior fusion, I would not be in a 2-1/2 mos. recovery phase. This approach was different from my previous surgeries. Whatever gift from the good Lord put in his hands, I will be grateful for his willing to take me on as a patient and with good luck and lots of prayers, I believe that the third surgery will be my salvation. My daughter came in to the ER miserable and lethargic and left feeling a lot better and several times since being home mentioned how nice the nurse was to her. Thank you! it’s professionals such as yourself that make a huge difference especially for the perception and experience of a child having to utilize the ER. My prescription is always spot on, providing me even greater than 20/20 vision. The office staff, with Peter leading the customer service team, has always been very accommodating and professional. It's because of them that I leave with glasses I always get compliments on. They know how to advise properly. It's awesome. It saddens me to see all the negative reviews.
