I have had absolute regrets to the point where I had been travelling down to Land Rover White Plains. The new ownership is extraordinary to previous. Yohan, the sales manager and Stephen, the salesman were exceptional the minute we walked in through the door. They were not pushy at all. They were available for any further questions we had through the whole process. Every concern was addressed. They went above and beyond. Their service manager, Rick reached out multiple times as well. He was great to deal with. Lastly, their finance manager, Brandon, was thorough. The whole process from start to finish was top notch. Highly recommend this group!!”

Wish we weren't always rushed and need printing done 'yesterday' but that's how it goes sometimes and they have worked with us to meet those quick deadlines. Friendly, respectful, professional staff who give good recommendations on projects. Took them a totally botched print job from Vistaprint. Sharon took it on and figured out how to re-crop the flyers without compromising the content and graphics. Would have had a bazillion (costly) unusable copies if Allegra hadn't saved the day.”

“Update 11/6/2019: I'm not sure if something changed, but the customer service has improved since my last two visits. Perhaps its because I came in on a Monday night when it wasn't as busy (store was virtually empty). As opposed to being essentially ignored like the last couple times, this time I was assisted by a couple employees - one of whom I think was a manager. They assisted me with a bra fitting and bra selection and all of them were very helpful, friendly, and great to chat with. Plus they had a great promo on bras going on, but VS often has some kind of nice little promotion. The bras I ended up getting are perfect and suit my needs immaculately. I've been a fan of their push- up bras back when I was a smaller size and younger and I think that won't change any time soon. OLD: Beautiful store, but most VS stores are pretty. They have their PINK and regular store separated and literally across from each other which I thought was strange at first, but I guess they couldn't get a large enough store-front for both collections. The reason that I don't like this location much in particular is because the customer service isn't that great. The last time I went there an employee at the entrance gave me a snobbish look and the employees there in general weren't as welcoming as the employees are in other VS locations.66”

“Our car was stuck on the highway on a weekend morning near Albany NY. We called a major roadside service, and through shear incompetence, waited hours for a tow truck that never came. We called Joe, and he was there in 20 minutes. He had us fixed up in short order. We are thankful for his fast and friendly service. I don’t think he takes credit cards. Venmo or cash, if I recall correctly. (Note: The image on Google Maps is a house. I was initially concerned that this was not a real towing service. Thankfully it was and is. Joe: You really need to put a picture of your truck or business on Google Maps)”
