“I came in for lunch - wasn't sure if it was open but I had some time to kill and happened to be in the plaza around lunchtime. On offer today for lunch was a sparse Italian buffet. The food was fine but suffered from the issues common to all buffets and by no means specific to this location: lukewarm food served casserole style. I can't blame the restaurant as I imagine the lunch crowd to be thin, but I don't know that I'll return to this location for lunch in the future. I have heard their dinner is much better and I will probably return to check it out at some point. Biggest disappointment: the cannoli I selected for lunch was chewy not crispy (a texture issue only as it was still delicious). Biggest pleasant surprise: delicious coffee in to-go cups so you can wander out with coffee in hand. Best thing: you can't beat the view.”

“We could not have been any more impressed with our experience with Hurricane Home Solutions. From the original call to inquire about the product, which was fast, friendly and efficient. To the home visit from the sales engineer, who was very thorough with all the details of the generator and installation including any comparisons with the competition. And especially the installation crew! A friendly call in advance of arrival was made by the extremely polite and positive team. The installation location was a bit challenging and I personally thought the sales engineer may have over committed, but the entire installation team was positive and seemed to even look forward to the challenge. Never did anyone even suggest that the generator installation was in jeopardy. After the installation a thorough walk through was provided by the amazing supervisor. The actual installation was some of the best quality I have ever seen. I retired from the service industry and could have only hoped my employees provided such top quality workmanship. I am more than pleased to recommend this product.”

“Wow the holiday lights are amazing. The lighting of the tree had a little glitch, but once they turned off all the other lights from the background a few minutes later the tree was lit. Followed by a long fireworks display. Being they couldn't do this last year they used the fireworks from last yr along with this yrs fireworks and it was one of the best displays I ever seen. Outdoor ice skating was available W/ skate rentals @ $4 each. They had music more entertainment there. Vendors as well as a food place. A area to sit and get to get warm with heating lamps. Stewart's shops was one of the vendors & was giving their brand of egg nog. I was handed a cup of it and then a quart to take with me at no cost. Im pretty sure their were more venders, but by the time we made it over there most were packing up to leave. I can't wait to go back next year. We enjoyed this event very much. Great job ALBANY NY. Not happy with MAPS Which led me around in circles. MAPS You need to update your way to the capital. Being that there are many ways to get there and multiple parking options. MAPS Please update your app thank you”
