“When I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I had to give up my favorite snacks. Apparently what I should be eating now is roasted chickpeas, beef sticks, and popcorn. I don't know if the capital region has a gourmet chickpea roaster or beef stick-er, but it does have a gourmet popcorn place, and the 20 cup butter from What's Poppin is my absolutely favorite snack. I can polish the whole bag off in a week, half the time if my wife helps. I have eaten a LOT of popcorn, and this is the top of the list!”

The doctor and sales associates were very helpful, in particular Patrick who helped me obtain the correct forms from my company for prescription safety glasses. I have since moved across the country, and called today for some information. Unfortunately I was rude and belligerent and downright unreasonable. Despite this, Patrick remained professional and courteous when really he should have just hung up on me. I did apologize to him over the phone, but of course that does not make up for my behavior. I really appreciate Patrick's customer service skills and do recommend this vision center.”
