I called patient engagement a little after 11am, I was previously incorrectly told 3 weeks ago that it my referral was received although it wasn't. My primary care has a history of not sending referrals. I wish I wasn't so self involved at the time to get the man's name that helped me so I could thank him. He stayed on the phone with me and gave me every step I needed to take, I was crying and I could tell he was making sure I understood what he told me before moving on to tell me the next step, and he reassured me that my problem would be resolved. I can't say thank you to this angel enough. I know I haven't seen any of the Neuro providers yet, but with an extremely frustrating healthcare system, if I can find a kind and attentive soul that is giving that level of customer service, to me that is a 5 star review.”

“They are indeed a great place to get urgent care. Went late in the evening with a kid in a lot of pain. They were efficient and quick in seeing him and were able to address the issue. The staff and the doctor were both amazing. I had to call back for a prescription issue (due to pharmacy closures) and they took care of it immediately. I have to say that they are better than my primary care provider in many ways. They are a small glitter in the dim landscape of medical care.”

“Great experience from beginning to end. Helpful in the showroom, up front pricing, quick turnaround (came the next day to template) and was there 9’days later for install. Would have been there in 6 but a snowstorm set them back. Installers and template guy were very friendly, quick, thorough, and did a great job of picking up after themselves; like they were never there. Will be cancelling order with another local place to go with Elite. The quick turnaround was amazing!!”

“My dog is going through service dog training at All Dawgs LeAnn at the reception desk is always friendly and welcoming. Diane tested my dog thoroughly to ascertain where he is in obedience skills, startle tests, and tests for resource guarding. These tests are also used in canine good citizen testing. The Service Dog contract was thoroughly explained, including the no refund and no make-up sessions which I do not find to be problematic. All Dawgs is offering a service. In order to take full advantage of the service, we have to commit to showing up. Diane is a professional in the highest sense of the word. She has many years of experience and it shows. She is a proponent of balanced training which includes positivity as well as the other three quadrants of training based on behaviorism. My reviews are always unsolicited. I highly recommend All Dawgs to anyone who is committed to giving their dogs the best possible life. Chrissy and Willie”

“Followed my stylist from another location. Easy to get to and provides ample parking. A little cramped at first compared to where I had been going which was large and very open but now I like the smaller cozy areas compared to the more open, white and sterile feel of Maegan's prior location. Wouldn't have sought out this location 40 miles from home but Maegan, my hair stylist, an expert colorist is worth the trip! I'm complimented on my hair all the time. I tell everyone who does my hair and where the salon is located. It's a shame people do not want to travel for quality service. Maegan is wonderful!”
