I initially had low expectations for this place. It took months to get an initial appointment for my impacted wisdom teeth and when I showed up, they told me they tried to reschedule my appointment but didn’t have my number. They said they could fit me in anyway, which I was thankful for because I drove an hour, but also a bit annoyed that I was there two hours for a cancelled consultation that was scheduled months ago. Then, on my way home from the appointment I got a call from the front staff asking if everything was ok since I missed my consultation. I had to tell them they had me confused with someone else. I suddenly had zero confidence in this place.
Still. At my consult, the staff was really understanding that I was phobic and Dr. Aves was as understanding as he could be. He might not have understood why I was the way I was (incredibly phobic of sedation and numbness due to trauma) but he knew it was a big deal to me and reassured me. He was very laid back, which is something you want in a surgeon and he seemed very skilled and it was obvious how routine this was for him. As scared as I was, I knew he was the man for the job.
The day of my surgery I was very nervous and panicky and when he came in, he told me he was going to get rid of my anxiety and just like that, I was out and woke up happy as can be that it was over. He was fast and efficient.
Because of his skills, I had relatively low pain. He cared a lot about my comfort, so he made the more difficult tooth extra numb, which I would appreciate hours later when I felt pain radiate down to my ear and down my throat as expected. He was understanding that I didn’t want a narcotic and prescribed a different medication also.
Everyone was very caring and kind and in the end, I was very impressed. First impressions aren’t everything. Would recommend.
Hey, I’m not the type of person to write a review on Google for any reason. But,
I had went there for my consultation & finally a Wisdom Teeth removal. These are the most compassionate & caring individuals. They know their profession, and care for the patients as their priority. After having personal insurance issue w/ my own insurance, Tampa Bay Institute, helped me with resolving what they could. I’m on day 1 of recovery, and about and hour after my surgery, they called me to check up on me. Of course, I couldn’t talk, so they passed on helpful info to the one who was taking care of me. Regardless of the long wait time to schedule an consultation, overall the experience was great, professional, caring & friendly. The one I went was at 4714 Armenia Ave Tampa, Fl
(I Want to Thank the Staffs, receptionists, assistants, surgeon, etc.) Thank You. Gracias.
This was such a good experience. I enjoyed trying the food here. It was very flavorful and delicious! The staff was really friendly too. The prices were fair because the portion sizes were big.
The food tastes GREAT! Prices seem to be alright. Only issue I have here is the wait. They never have your food ready on time. It's always taken these guys an hour to make almost about anything. I just don't understand why. But as I said, everything we've had from them has tasted great. No complaints on the food.
Ordered fot pickup on our way from DC to Boston. Everything was nicely packed. Chicken tikka paratha roll is the best. Kashmiri chai and doodh patti very good. Biryani was not spicy , my kids loved it. For adults it was ok.
Qeema nan lacked the qeema.I wanted to give 4 stars but the complimentary kheer in the package was a nice surprise. Thank you!! Great customer service.
