Spuyten Duyvil Shorefront Park

Beautiful view!!!

I want to give 5 stars but there wasnt much of anything going on here. Still though, a beautiful stop through the Bronx that you almost have to see to believe is there. It's a spot approved for dogs to walk along which was great, but the trails seem to come to a quick and abrupt end. The water seems so close yet so far away as you're on the train platform under the trellis. If you happen to be in the area around a sunset time, it's most likely worth the aesthetics.

Fairly small park, but beautiful nonetheless. Mostly secluded from the road noise. Very peaceful to walk through and take in the greenery. (Until further notice, there is construction occurring within the park for the HH bridge - as of 04/06/2018)

Although the metro North train runs right by the park there is a great pond across from the parked cars that has birds and turtles galore.
