We have now had 2 buildings treated for termite infestation and in both instances Jonathan took very good care of us. Both times he was timely and represented his company with dignity. He gave us competitive prices and his crews were on time and diligent completing the work. Big Apple Pest Control Co-Op gets my respect and recommendation.
We had a small hornets nest above our garage. We called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get out to us by 2pm that same day. Big Apple Pest Control Co-Op City were extremely responsive, punctual, and respective of our time and schedule. They also sprayed the inside and outside of the house to ensure no other pests decided to share our home. I can't recommend them enough. Great service!!Hopefully we don't need to, but would 100% use them again.
It has been more than a year being the customer of Big Apple, experience is still great. All agents are v knowledgeable and friendly, they took care of all roaches in 1st month. We don't face any problem no more they take care of backyard and outside the house which prevents any future infestation. We would like to recommend Wayne he is super friendly and takes care of place and very considerate.
