“Known by locals is Pigeon Park this tiny little corner Park has a very nice playground for younger children with a single sprinkler and bathrooms. Recent updates to the park include a jogging Lane with gravel and a bike lane that is paved they have also recently updated their basketball and handball courts. There is a dog run and several places you can set up for your picnic however there is no barbecuing in this park. you will find that sometimes at the beginning or end of summer there is a bad smell in this park however that is just mud left over in the reservoir if it's not filled nothing to worry about. The park is generally kept clean however sometimes there's a bunch of teenagers around the basketball court smoking weed they generally leave everyone else alone so not to worry.”

“As a member, I've watched it flourish from an unused lot into a beautiful and tranquil haven for all to enjoy it a space of three years! The members are helpful, knowledgeable, kind and generous--contributing to the blissful feeling one experiences when they are there. Great place to meditate, practice yoga, learn to build, or just sit in the gazebo--doing absolutely nothing. It's definitely a must see. Visit from March to November.”

“Seton Park is a massive park with a baseball field, an area for dogs, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There is a jungle gym near the basketball courts. This park is suitable for all ages, but mostly, it's children playing either for some rec league or just hanging out by the basketball courts.”

“Once you walk in through those gates you forget that you’re still in New York. This place is so calm and beautiful. I like to go during the spring, the end of summer and mid fall to see the changes in the plants and flowers and just to see how beautiful nature is. I just sit on the grass and appreciate what we miss out on living in the city.”

“This is a great park in the city. You can do all sorts of different hikes and trails for all abilities. The trails are well maintained and range from high traffic to secluded! Some of the trails have ponds close by. Bring bug spray! Especially July through September”

“I want to give 5 stars but there wasnt much of anything going on here. Still though, a beautiful stop through the Bronx that you almost have to see to believe is there. It's a spot approved for dogs to walk along which was great, but the trails seem to come to a quick and abrupt end. The water seems so close yet so far away as you're on the train platform under the trellis. If you happen to be in the area around a sunset time, it's most likely worth the aesthetics.”
