  I love my Aspen White Shaker cabinets and just ordered more for my final phase of remodeling the kitchen. The cabinets were well packaged, easy to put together and install. A friend liked them so much that he placed an order for the same cabinets. I also ordered cabinet pulls that were exactly what I desired at a very affordable price. Thank you for pricing that allowed my dream kitchen to become a reality.

  Haven't receieved my order yet but just wanted to say that so far its been a great experience. The samples were delivered promptly and were better then expected, worth the money (especially because they will refund your money back minus shipping cost). The customer service with the chat service was great along with over the phone. The design specialist was very good but a little slower then I would have liked but the renderings and over all design looked great so kind of a trade off. Will update once cabinets have been received and installed (being done by myself).

  Last year my wife and I bought our first home together to raise a family. It was a real fixer upper. We chose The RTA Store because it was not expensive as a custom kitchen but much better quality than a very popular Swedish blue store which I actually really love.
  
  Attached is a before and after picture. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the RTA Store products and their punctual delivery to meet our very tight renovation schedule.
  
  Fast-forward one year. I was a goof and tried to soak grill parts in a seedling starter tray. That tray has small holes for drainage which I didn't realize. I put the tray full of water on the counter and 20 minutes later completely soaked the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets received water damage and so disappointed our new kitchen was now "broken".
  
  I contacted RTA Store for replacement parts and Karissa went above and beyond to get us the parts. The parts are scheduled to arrive less than a week from when the damage was done! That is what I call amazing service and so hard to find these days.
  
  Thank you RTA and Karissa! Our kitchen is back!

  This review is only a representation of the ordering process. I just completed my order and worked with Lorine. She was fantastic. She took my measurements, came up with a design and was very helpful and flexible to my needs. She is great and i'm hoping the shipping/quality is at the same level. I will update once cabinets are received.

  My wife and I found the entire experience to be wonderful. The cabinets and accessories are fantastic! Huge selection of finishes. The design team really know their stuff and were able to guide us in making informed choices for our in-law quarters. The photo-realistic modeling is awesome, allowing us to clearly visualize the Kitchen, bathroom and TV center and make any changes we needed. The service was prompt and very professional. I would, and indeed already have, recommended The RTA Store to others. We intend to purchase more from them when we remodel our bathrooms and kitchen in our home.
