After checking out a few dealerships close to home I returned to West Herr Ford of Amherst where I’d purchased my previous vehicle, a 2010 Ford Ranger. I’d purchased it new and it served me well for ten years, but it was time to update. Entering the building I met Ryan Stuber, Sales Associate, who listened to my requirements and was able to find several vehicles he thought I might be interested in. One, a 2018 Toyota Tacoma SR5, just happened to be on the lot. Ryan set me up to take it for a ride. To keep a long story short.. I found it to my liking. Ryan set everything up and I took my new truck home a couple days later. Painless transaction. Been driving it for a few days now Quite happy with my purchase. Will not hesitate to return for future purchases.

I had targeted a specific make/model/ year and was able to find one at West Herr. I contacted them and was able to come to, what I think, was a fair deal in short time. The car was delivered in great shape. The sales staff I worked with, Ash and Rene, were genuinely nice and helpful in coming to an agreement and completing the transaction.
