When our 10 week old 2022 Toyota RAV4 hybrid was deemed a total loss by insurance following a multi-car collision, we turned to TJ Hirsch for support in challenging the ACV appraisal. Whereas our insurance had proposed a value ~10K under our original BOS based on an assumed depreciation (standard rubbish tactic by insurance), Matt negotiated on our behalf to reflect current market conditions, which actually demonstrated an *appreciation* of the vehicle value. This is seriously unheard of and had us totally stoked to receive an updated ACV several thousand above our original purchase price. Not only was the value there, it was hugely satisfying to win the "appreciation" argument with insurance. I'd recommend TJ Hirsch and team in a heartbeat.
