Great staff and service

I have had my 2006 W900 serviced there twice, and my experience with them far exceeded any other dealership I have been to for any of the vehicles I own! I found the front desk staff to be personable, polite, and professional. Both mechanics that worked on my W9 were extremely respectful of the fact that my truck is meticulously maintained, and they covered the seats before entering the vehicle and did not leave boot prints or greasy finger prints behind, as has happened at the Peterbilt and Nissan dealerships. Service managers made sure I knew I was welcome to stay on the property overnight, and gave me several recommendations for good food. I have had my AC blower in the bunk fixed, a fuel leak fixed, my fifth wheel unlock/lock fixed, my cruise and jake brake controls replaced on the steering wheel, overhead bunk light replaced with new led lights, tail/brake light assembly ground issue fixed, and my passenger seat airline replaced at this dealership. I will go way out of my way in the future to bring my truck to this dealership for service.

We'll see, the repairs are finished yet.
It's a clean modern building with decent amenities for the drivers, definitely an improvement over the older facility in the past near downtown. They are not open 24 hours a day which is detrimental for a metropolitan area the size of Buffalo, it's suburbs/Niagara Falls/St Catharines/Welland/Port Colbourne.
Since it is located near the regional confluence of the I-90 & QEW heavy truck traffic from Toronto, Montreal, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Springfield Worcester, Boston, Erie, Cleveland and Pittsburgh need 24 hour access to such a facility.
