“Great customer service despite the Coronavirus. I needed to make a very important transaction which required the assistance of a banker and was unable to get or make a last minute appointment because they were all filled up and only seeing a limited number of clients due to COVID but Nicholas agreed to "fit me in" if I was willing to wait in the lobby until after he met with all his other scheduled clients first. He was very polite and very professional and very accommodating and I am grateful for his service.”

“This is one of those places that you don't know is there unless you work in or around the complex it sits in. But I'm here to tell you that if you're down by the Waterfront - especially the marina especially near Veterans Park - this is the place to grab a coffee, drink, or even a small bite to eat. They currently serve a few wraps (that you can get on a bagel if you ask nicely) including a Cajun Turkey Wrap and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Staffed by really great people who make you day just a little brighter - the Spot Coffee Express should quickly become a staple in the Waterfront District -- if you know it's there!”
