“Our son has been going to this location on Genesee for years. We have never experienced anything bad. Don and his staff have also been very flexible with accommodating our needs. Don has always been caring and empathetic. Brittany his secretary has always communicated very professionally. I only have great things to say about this place. We are grateful to have such kind and caring people that take care of our son's needs as he has been wearing SMO's since he was a toddler. He is now 14 and still sees Don all this time. Would never think about going anywhere else. Thank you Don and staff for always going above and beyond.”

“Hamdi does an incredible job cutting hair - one of Buffalo's hidden gems. You do not have to have a flight to get your hair cut, it is on 2nd floor to through right of check in. Call ahead, you can park in the hourly lot and he can validate your ticket. Price (25) is excellent considering the quality. I think there is an option to get your haircut after security if you do have a flight, but not sure.”
