Cardinale Acupuncture

I was able to check in and wait from the comfort of my home, which was awesome! They sent me a text when they were ready for me to come into the facility, which made my wait time very minimal.
Understandably, as of Dec. 2022, the time I'm writing this review, masks are still required inside... So come prepared, or you'll be allowed to help yourself to one of theirs at the check in desk.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable my entire visit, which was exactly what I needed, since I'm on the "afraid" end of the scale when it comes to going to the doctor. Everything ran smoothly, everyone was professional and friendly, and explained in detail each step and procedure, and I was literally in and out of there surprisingly quickly!
As far as my follow up care went, I received a call and assistance helping me locate and schedule 2 different follow up facilities, which took a few tries due to my insurance, but we got it figured out. This it was also nice because it prevented me from dragging my feet as I probably would have done it I've been left to my own devices. I will return to this facility in the future.

Great caring staff! Quick and easy appointment. The medical staff was very skilled, assessed my symptoms and listened to my issues. I was relieved to find it was not a serious issue and to be given guidelines to help.

I would have given 5 stars here if not for those silly face masks!!! I normally never comply with that evil farce that has killed and injured so many Americans, but after going to 3 different Urgent Care facilities and they all were in compliance to the Big LIE, I still needed to be seen!
The MA and the doctor were both very nice, and they took good care of me. The facility was very clean and professional.

Very good experience - we had a minimal wait, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Miguel T was able to skillfully diagnose the issue and prescribe a brace to help improve mobility while it healed. They made sure I understood the discharge instructions and ongoing treatment.

Everyone I worked with during my experience here was kind, empathetic and great with communication. The nurse was attentive and the doc even called me before I left the parking lot to make sure we were on the same page with my treatment options. Hands down would return if needed care again!
