“This was a really good experience. Every single employee was extra courteous and polite. Oil change and tire rotation in 45 minutes. Waiting area had popcorn, apples, water and other light snacks. They even had a computer area and tv's. Comfortable seating too. I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I will return.”

“Today was my first visit to this dental practice after finding it on Google. I had a very pleasant experience from the staff greeting me the door to the Dentist herself. I decided to switch dentists after having my concerns dismissed and given a lack of options for my dental issues. This was not the case here, they took free x-rays and the Dr. Was able to see within the x-ray that I had a PREVIOUS infection that went diagnosed by my prior dentist who sent me home crying in pain????. The dentist (Dr. Orfi ) was able to come up with a treatment plan referred me to endo, answered all my questions and was attentive to me during the whole visit. I'll be back for all my dental needs. FYI, Covid 19 precautions are in full effect, don't forget your mask????!”

We dealt with the actual owner this last time and he did not let us down. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything we were interested in. Prices are very reasonable. We went in looking for a sawzall and he actually informed us of the proper tools we needed to use for our project. As usual, we left with 4 other things that were priced to sell! “Honestly, I don't know anything about the current Papa Joe's -- I have lived in New York City for 45 years and haven't even visited Buffalo in 13 years --- but Papa Joe's is important to me because it once belonged to my grandfather, who established a bar there. I don't know exactly when it was established, but it was already in operation in 1910 and he owned it through Prohibition, and passed away in 1935. My father was actually born upstairs - over 100 years ago! The bar has been in operation, under various ownership, for more than 100 years!! That's something, I think! I grew up on Randolph Ave. Will definitely stop by on my upcoming visit (whenever that will be, I don't know but I am planning to go "home" some time soon.)”
