(February 24, 2022, 11:45 am)I have never paid for any services or goods with this company. That is because the would not take payment from me for the goods that they gave me free of charge. Another local fireplace insert dealer had neglected to give me some material that went along with my insert for a realistic glowing ember effect. When I inquired about it the dealer told me I must have vacuumed them up!!. I refused to go back there because of all the problems I had with them -Southtowns Fireplace . I walked into Highland and they gave them to me for free. I'm very sorry that I didn't wait for their busy schedule to fit me in. Live and learn.
