  Best place in WNY to buy appliance parts! They cost a few dollars more than online, but the SERVICE is the BEST and WORTH the extra cost. If they don't have the parts in stock they usually get them the next day. Customer Service is EXCELLENT! They always make sure I'm buying the correct part, and they have always correctly diagnosed a problem when I thought i needed a different part. Save yourself the aggravation and shop for parts only at Southtowns Appliances. You WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID.

  Called with an issue with our Whirlpool dryer, the staff was able to diagnose the potential problem over the phone. They had the part that I needed in stock and I was able to pick up same. Would definitely return for other appliance needs.

  Bought an over under washer/dryer. Their bottom line price was competitive with the large box stores. Delivered and installed very professionally. (Older home, difficult installation). They have one delivery crew doing all the installs. He was the owners son and a former US Marine. Plus they do their own repairs with an experienced tech. I wish I could give 6 stars

  Everytime I call here everyone is so helpful. Ive been using them for all my appliance needs for 20 + years. Michael blum is the service guy there & he talked me through fixing our 13 year old dishwasher. The dishwasher wasnt draining right so we bought a handle first, then the fuse blew. But without his knowledge I probably would have had to buy a new dishwasher at $800-$1,000. Thank you so much for all your help.
