Do not I repeat do not!!!!!! Go through the aggravation of going to an Apple store .The team at experimax is second to none usually immediate service and if there is a wait it’s minutes not hours also not only do the sell first rate products they also offer first rate service, every problem I’ve ever had and my family as well they have always fixed our Apple products it’s a no brainer Experimax all the way!!!!!p.s. there prices are incredible as well!!

Fantastic experience! I rushed over there after work to get my iPhone battery replaced. I was in and out within a half hour. Very professional and friendly service. Will certainly be visiting them in the future!

I am so glad to have Experimac in Orchard Park. They were able to clean up my iMac and I am now using it without that dreaded spinning wheel. Definitely would recommend calling them and bringing your device if needed.

I was a walkin today with a problem on my tablet. Everyone was super friendly, took care of the problem in a short time, could not have been a better experience. Will definately use them in the future for purchase or repair. Greata job folks!!!!!
