  Had a problem with a yellow jacket nest on the front of my house. I requested a quote through ecoserves email service where you email them a brief description of your issue. I received a phone call almost immediately to set up an appointment. I spoke to Mark on the phone who was very pleasant to work with. He was very candid about the what is and is not included and pricing.
  
  Few days later TJ showed up to my house and he was very nice and very professional. Within the hour I had no more yellow jackets flying around and he even found a few other hidden nests that he took care of.
  
  Pricing was VERY reasonable for the services that were offered. I would absolutely go back to Ecoserve in the future should I ever have other pest issues and I would definitely recommend them.

  TJ was very professional, informative and efficient. And we really appreciate the fact that Mark had our problem taken care of today. I’m sure you think how could they not know they had a nest the size of a basketball but believe it or not, we had no idea.

  We had a yellow jacket issue in a very busy area of our yard/home. Patty was able to give information on what they could do for us and schedule us for service within a few days. The service tech was on time and VERY knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do and answered my questions about the product he was using. All in all they made a very inconvenient problem easy to deal with. It has only been 1 day and I am seeing no bee activity where they were.

  This is the only pet service that actually returned our call and gave us an estimate in Western new York! We have 150 year old barn that had powder post beetles infestation and they came out and sprayed it with for BoraCare. Vinny and his coworker did a great job and were very polite and helpful. I look forward to decades of a bug free barn!
